We hope you’re fully settled into the blustery snuggliness of Autumn – with Halloween & Fireworks night all done n’ dusted, it’ll be Christmas before we know it!

Partially due to the dreary weather we’ve been experiencing in London Town, we’ve been feeling quite irritable and intolerant of late (and we’re sure we’re not the only ones…)

As we approach the mad rush of the festive season, we all have a million and one things to get done, and this productivity overload often leads to mounted pressure & tension with close friends, family & lovers.
