Hi ADs,

Ever get to the end of the day and feel a bit livid with yourself that you didn’t quite get through your mammoth To-Do list?

No matter how hard we may have worked on our career/ body/ life admin over the last 12 hours, it often feels like there’s always, always more to be done.

If you’re anything like us and a self-confessed perfectionist, leaving things undone is not a comfortable feeling for you at all.

In fact, sometimes it’s so uncomfortable that burrowing into a dark pit of pointless procrastination feels like the only option.

But, when you’re a Creative or work for yourself, this isn’t just frustrating, it’s career (and creativity) suicide.
