This 30 Second Practice = No More Guilt Or Self-Doubt

It’s a Tweeter!

“Perfectionism keeps you stuck; self-acceptance sets you free.” @AddictiveDau #GetAddictedToTheGoodStuff

Hi ADs,

Ever get to the end of the day and feel a bit livid with yourself that you didn’t quite get through your mammoth To-Do list?

No matter how hard we may have worked on our career/ body/ life admin over the last 12 hours, it often feels like there’s always, always more to be done.

If you’re anything like us and a self-confessed perfectionist, leaving things undone is not a comfortable feeling for you at all.

In fact, sometimes it’s so uncomfortable that burrowing into a dark pit of pointless procrastination feels like the only option.

But, when you’re a Creative or work for yourself, this isn’t just frustrating, it’s career (and creativity) suicide.

If you’re partial to anxiety-inducing self-doubt & overwhelm, the 30 second daily practice we share in today’s Life Nugget will be just what the doctor ordered.

Someone recently told us that:

“Your To-Do list will never be “done.” - @AddictiveDau #GetAddictedToTheGoodStuff

Ironically, this took a massive weight off our shoulders, because it stopped us feeling a constant sense of guilt that we weren’t achieving enough in our day.

The “To Do” in today’s Nugget has the same effect – and we’d love you to experience this sense of relief first hand by sharing your **Special 3** in the comments below.
