It’s a Tweeter!

“Know why you’re holding on in order to let go.” - @AddictiveDau #GetAddictedtotheGoodStuff

Heeey ADs,

Lots of us struggle with a variety of addictive behaviours – whether it’s eating too much, smoking too much, drinking too much (or even texting that certain someone that you know is bad for you…)

But the problem is, no matter how hard we try, we just can’t help ourselves.

We over-indulge, then beat ourselves up and feel terrible – then over-indulge again to try and feel better; it’s a vicious cycle.

But the thing is, there are always hidden benefits to this self-destructive behaviour – otherwise we wouldn’t engage in it. And, if you want to break free of your vices once and for all, you’ve first got to understand what you’re gaining from them.

In today’s Life Nugget, we share the tool that helped us both rid ourselves of our worst vices.

When you understand the why, you’ll no longer be held hostage to your addictive behaviours.

We’d love to hear your WHY in the comments below, so be brave and commit to letting go of your worst vices for good.

So much love,

Persia & Joey xx
