Make The 'Future-You' Smile With This Bizarre Exercise

 It’s a Tweeter!

Hi ADs,

Like us, we bet you love to look at old snaps of you, your friends & family ‘back in the day’ (especially in old school photo albums – sooo much better than sifting through reams of selfies online…)

It’s almost as fun as re-living dating disasters, hideous hairstyles and teacher crushes with your school friends.

There’s just something really powerful and nostalgic about remembering times gone-by with our loved ones – even if they were painful in the moment; it reminds us that the most important thing in life is our connection with each other.

If you want to learn how to get the most out of your relationships and social experiences over the festive season, try out the ‘memory-making’ tool from today’s Life Nugget for the rest of December – we bet the ‘January You’ will thank you for it.

This tool was shared by one of our sisters, and we think it’s an absolutely genius idea, because it means you get to remember some amazing moments that you might otherwise forget:

Also, not only will doing **this** at the end of a night/day/experience make you smile in the future, it might even make the Tax Man smile, too.

(You’ll need to watch the Nugget to understand why!)

Can’t wait to hear about your experiences with this one in the comments below…
