Hey ADs,

We hope you had a glorious Christmas and aren’t feeling too stuffed/ hungover/ irritated by family/ cabin fever-y in this somewhat lengthy period between X-mas & NYE.

As has become a bit of an AD tradition now, we love to use this time to reflect over the year that’s passed, and look towards the year ahead to get clear about what we want to see happen in it.

2015 has been a pretty big one for the both of us (one of us got married and we both got a book deal – to name a couple of the highlights).

BUT, we’ve also been really challenged in A LOT of ways, which made it clear just how much we’ve still got to learn about becoming the compassionate, generous, authentic & productive individuals we really want to be.

In today’s Life Nugget, we’d love to share with you the 3 biggest life lessons we’ve learned this year, in the hope that they’ll make your 2016 (and ours!) run that bit more smoothly.

Number 2 is particularly important if you want to improve all the relationships in your life (in fact, we’d go as far as saying it’s the most important lesson to learn if you want the people in your life to respect you and enjoy your company…)

Taking a few minutes over this week’s “To Do” of the day will probably be one of the most beneficial things you can do for yourself pre-2016.

So, we really hope to see you in the comments below this week (it could be a game-changer for you…)

Here’s to a cracking 2016 for us all!

So much love,

Persia & Joey
