Hi ADs,

 

Occasionally we find ourselves in situations that really challenge us emotionally.

 

Sometimes it’s over a big thing – we lose someone we love to a horrible illness, we have our heart broken, or we get made redundant from a job we love.

 

Sometimes it’s over something much smaller – but it still hurts.

 

We have a stupid fight with a family member, our wallet gets nicked on a night out, or we find out an old flame is getting married (and we’re still not 100% over them…)  

 

With pretty much all of the scenarios listed above, there’s very little you can do to change the situation once it’s occurred (aka: what’s done is done…)

 

HOWEVER – as you’ll see in today’s Life Nugget – there is a way to move through the pain a hell of a lot faster.

 

No matter how positive a path you’re forging for yourself, life - by definition - is unpredictable, so you need to have a strategy for coping when the going gets tough.
