How To Stop An Argument (BEFORE It Starts)
It’s a Tweeter!
“Don’t let a molehill become a mountain, voice your issue when you feel it a-sproutin.” @AddictiveDau #GetAddictedToTheGoodStuff
Is there someone in your life that gets under your skin and pushes your buttons (possibly without even realising they’re doing it…?)
Maybe it’s their unreliability, or the fact they always leave the toilet seat up, or their passive aggressive tone when they’re annoyed at you.
Whether it’s just a little irritating habit, or a deeper-rooted character trait in them, it never fails to wind you up; this person just really, really TICKS. YOU. OFF.
If someone’s face has impaled itself upon your consciousness, today’s Life Nugget was created specially for you.
So much of the time, to try and avoid conflict, we just brush our irritation at this person under the carpet. But, the thing is:
“Brushing things under the carpet comes at a high price: Your sanity.” - @AddictiveDau #GetAddictedToTheGoodStuff

The tool we share in today’s Nugget has been invaluable to us in both our friendship and our working relationship, and we’d love to hear how it’s working out for you, so let us know in the comments below.
(And don’t forget to fill us in on one of your “molehill” experiences!)
