Happy 2016 ADs!

We hope you enjoyed the festivities on Dec 31st – whether you were just having a chilled one at home with your nearest & dearest, or out partying into the (late) hours of 1st Jan.

Either way, here’s to a brand-spanking New Year & opportunity for us all to up our game in all areas of our lives.

To help you do so, we’re really excited to announce our January 2016 Challenge (don’t worry, it doesn’t involve dieting/ giving up your vices/ training for a marathon).

Instead, our intention is just to give you a different little challenge each week that’s simple, practical & easy to implement – that’s it.

So, without further ado, here’s Challenge 1 – and this week, the focus is on feeding and energising that lovely brain of yours.

Having set ourselves (and failed at) our fair share of overly-ambitious New Year Resolutions in the past, we decided that this year, we’d be much kinder to ourselves.

As you’ll see from the Nugget above, we’ve attempted to make all these weekly challenges – get ready for it – actually enjoyable (well, as enjoyable as possible, anyway) by focusing on adding positive things to your life, rather than cutting out negative things:
