Crying Over Spilt Milk: The Real Reason Behind Your Emotional Meltdown

It’s a Tweeter!

Hey ADs,

Recognise any of the following situations?

You miss the bus by two minutes, and it’s as if you just missed your flight to Australia, you’re so livid.

Your friend’s twenty minutes late meeting you at the cinema, and you decide then and there that she’s always been a selfish cow and this is the last time you bother making plans with her.

The guy you’re dating doesn’t text you for 24 hours, and you resolve never to contact him again because he’s clearly met someone else. In fact, you’re going to swear off men altogether because “they’re all the bloody same.”

Over-reacting to the smallest things: We’ve all been there.

The funny thing is, the exact same situation could happen on a different day and you’d feel absolutely fine about it and respond like a normal human being.

So, why all the drama this time around?

In today’s Life Nugget, we’ll reveal to you the real reason for your unnecessary emotional outburst, and share with you a simple tool to help stop it in its tracks.

Sometimes, we erupt over the little things because we’re not dealing with the big things that are going on for us. In other words:
