As many of you know, we recently launched our brand new website - and we bloody love it.

 

Unfortunately however, after 4 months of prep, the moment that it launched, Joey - who deals with the technical side of the site - happened to be on a plane over the Atlantic.

 

This left Persia (who wouldn’t know what SEO was if it smacked her in the face) in a sorry state of affairs.

 

In stepped Panic, Fear & Overwhelm - for the both of us.

 

However, we had two very different responses:

One of us went into crazed psycho bitch mode (think Monica from ‘Friends’ - at her very worst).

 

The other stayed cool, calm & collected - simply by practicing the ‘To Do’ of this week’s Life Nugget the moment she began to feel stressed.
