There’s probably nothing more annoying than when you’ve got a crazy busy day ahead at work, and you realise there’s sod all in the fridge for brekkie.

Or, when you’re so exhausted from working late that you accidentally hit ‘snooze’ on your iPhone one too many times and miss your favourite morning yoga class.
