Hi ADs,

We’re well into bikini season, so today’s Life Nugget really couldn’t have come at a better time...

Do you find that the endless photos of skinny girls parading around the beach on your Facebook newsfeed, rather than inspiring you to eat more healthily, actually makes you eat even more crap?

Us too.

And, why wouldn’t they? When we look at images of people with the ‘perfect’ body, we instantly fall into a spiral of shame & self-loathing, which leads us to self-sabotage our own positive efforts to look and feel our best.

What’s the bloody point, we tell ourselves, as we reach for the nearest pack of jammie dodgers or chocolate hobnobs for a quick pick-me-up.

In today’s Skype Nugget, Ricki Lake’s protégée Isabel Foxon Duke shares with us her 3 top tips to help you stop this diet-binge cycle & get you back ‘on the wagon’ in no time.

In a society that spends billions of pounds every year in a bid to lose weight, it’s really easy to forget that:

“Food is not the enemy; our attitude to it is.” @AddictiveDau #GetAddictedToTheGoodStuff

Once you’ve watched the Nuggy, make sure you get stuck in to the ‘To Do’ of the day asap and let us know in the comments below how you found the experience of “surrendering to the craving”.

(Note: this exercise has completely revolutionised our relationship with our ‘forbidden foods’ – don’t miss it!)

We’re so grateful for your time, as always.

Love,

P & J xx
