Hey ADs,

Have you ever heard that saying “your eyes are bigger than your stomach” being used in relation to portion control?

Well, we think that the same idea also applies to how we tend to approach improving our body shape, too.

Oftentimes, our body goals are much bigger and more extreme than what we can realistically handle – especially in January, when gym memberships, exercise gear and Nutribullet sales positively soar.

 

“I’m gonna lose a stone by February.”

“I’m turning Vegan.”

“I’m not touching gluten/ dairy/ alcohol/ sugar for 4 weeks.”

 

… Are just a few of the very ambitious statements we’ve heard over the past couple of weeks.

Now, whilst we’re all for promoting positive change – especially when it comes to health – we also believe that if you don’t take heed of the advice we’re about to share with you, there’s a very high chance you may be setting yourself up for failure. 

So, on that note, we highly recommend you take a few mins to check out ourJanuary Challenge 3 – we really think it could make a huge difference to how you go on to approach this area of your life.

Let’s be honest for a moment: we’ve become very, very impatient as a culture;we want what we want and we want it yesterday.
